Offshore humanitarian visas
Refugee and humanitarian visas for people who are outside Australia.
OUR EXPERTISE
The offshore program
Emil Joseph Kalouch, registered migration agent MARN 0637601, leads CK Migration’s refugee and humanitarian work.
Offshore humanitarian visas are not the same as a protection visa lodged in Australia. A proposer in Australia is required for some of them.
The offshore program
- Subclass 200 is a Refugee visa, for people outside their home country who are proposed by someone in Australia.
- Subclass 202 is the Global Special Humanitarian visa, for people outside their home country who face substantial discrimination amounting to a gross violation of human rights, and who are proposed by an Australian citizen or permanent resident or an eligible organisation.
- Other subclasses sit in the same offshore program. The subclass depends on the person’s situation.
What is different from a protection visa
- These applications are made for people who are outside Australia.
- A subclass 866 protection visa is the onshore visa.
- A proposer, and the proposer’s ability to support the people coming, is part of several of these visas.
Who leads the work
- Emil Joseph Kalouch, registered migration agent MARN 0637601, leads CK Migration’s refugee and humanitarian work.
- We advise the proposer and the family on which subclass can be considered.
- Places in the program are limited. We do not quote a processing time.
