CK Migration is the dedicated migration practice of CK Lawyers, a Parramatta-based legal firm with decades of combined experience across migration, family, commercial, estate planning and property law. The People Behind CK Migration
Walid Joseph Kalouche
DIRECTOR | SOLICITOR & PUBLIC NOTARY
Walid is the Director of CK Lawyers and has practised law in New South Wales since 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (University of Sydney), a Diploma of Law (Solicitors Admission Board), a Master of Laws – Commercial Law (UTS), and a Master of Applied Law – Family Law (College of Law).
An Accredited Specialist in Family Law (Law Society of NSW), Walid has appeared as solicitor in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Circuit and Family Court, the District Court, the Local Court, and NCAT. Over 90% of his matters conclude without a final hearing — a testament to his strategic, settlement-focused approach.
Walid is also a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, an accredited general mediator (Mediation Institute, 2023), and a Public Notary authorised to authenticate documents for international use.
Albert Kalouche
Principal Immigration lawyers
Albert is a solicitor and registered migration agent with extensive experience in Australian migration law and employment law. He has been with CK Lawyers since 2000.
He holds a Diploma of Law (University of Sydney, Law Extension Committee) and a Master of Migration Law and Practice (Griffith University). Albert is deeply engaged by the dynamic nature of migration law, recognising that legal frameworks affect virtually every aspect of daily life and continuously evolve to reflect societal change.
Committed to his clients, Albert ensures that all aspects of a case are communicated clearly so clients can make well-informed decisions. He provides practical, considered guidance across employment law and the full spectrum of business and individual migration matters.
Emile Kalouche
REGISTERED MIGRATION AGENT & Accredited translator
Emile is a registered migration agent with extensive experience in Australian immigration law. After living in the USA, Emile settled in Australia in 2003. His interest in immigration law was sparked by a chance encounter assisting a tourist with a Customs Declaration at Sydney Airport.
That experience led him to complete the Migration Agents Registration Authority’s Migration Law course, becoming registered in 2006.
Emile provides comprehensive support across a range of visa categories — including family, work and business visas — and has a particular commitment to assisting clients applying for refugee and humanitarian visas, guiding them through complex processes with care and dedication.
Wadia Mansour
Solicitor | Property Law, wills & estate
A specialist in property law and Wills and estates, Wadia has been with CK Lawyers since 2001. She has a Diploma in Law, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, A Master of Laws (Wills & Estates) and an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. Wadia was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2013. Prior to admission Wadia, was a Licenced Conveyancer.
Wadia is also fluent in Arabic and enjoys reading, tennis and spending time with her kids outside of work. As a solicitor, she feels she has the necessary professionalism and background to offer help to people who need it. Wadia appreciates helping people realise their dreams and to achieve what they may not have known they are entitled to through the law.
