CK Migration is the immigration practice at our Parramatta office. Albert Kalouche leads the legal advice. Emil Joseph Kalouch is the registered migration agent. Family law, property, and wills and estates are handled by CK Lawyers. We speak English, Arabic, French and Spanish.

The People Behind CK Migration

Albert Kalouche

Principal Immigration Lawyer

Albert leads CK Migration. He is a solicitor and immigration lawyer, and he has practised in Australian migration law and employment law since joining the firm in 2000.

He holds a Diploma of Law (University of Sydney, Law Extension Committee) and a Master of Migration Law and Practice (Griffith University).

He advises on business and individual migration matters, and on the employment-law questions that sit with them. He sets out the options in a matter so clients can decide with a clear view of the risk.

Emil Joseph Kalouch

REGISTERED MIGRATION AGENT | ACCREDITED TRANSLATOR

Emil is a registered migration agent, MARN 0637601, and an accredited translator. He settled in Australia in 2003 and has been registered since 2006.

He assists with family, work and business visas, and he gives particular attention to refugee and humanitarian visas.

Walid Joseph Kalouche

Family law at CK Lawyers

Walid is the Director of CK Lawyers. He has practised in New South Wales since 1997 and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law (Law Society of NSW). He is also a mediator and a public notary.

Family law and notarial work are handled by CK Lawyers.

Wadia Mansour

Property and estates at CK Lawyers

Wadia is a solicitor at CK Lawyers. She has worked in property law and wills and estates with the firm since 2001, and she was admitted in New South Wales in 2013.

Property, conveyancing, and wills and estates are handled by CK Lawyers.
