The Website is operated by CK Migration, the dedicated migration practice of CK Lawyers, located at Suite 9, Level 2, 410 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, Australia.

7. No Solicitor-Client Relationship
Use of the Website does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and CK Migration or CK Lawyers. A solicitor-client relationship is only established by the signing of a written costs agreement following a consultation.
Please do not send confidential information through the Website until a solicitor-client relationship has been established.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CK Migration makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about:

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supply of services or payment of the cost of having those services re-supplied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms.
